A. Shipping Costs
All shipping on our website is free within the Continental U.S.
B. Transit, Handling & Order Cut-Off Time Domestically
- Transit Time: Domestic shipments are generally in transit for 2–9 business days.
- Order Cut-Off Time: Orders placed by 2:00 PM Eastern Standard Time (New York) on business days will be dispatched the same day.
- Handling Time: Domestic orders are processed within 1–2 business days.
C. Delivery Terms
We use USPS, UPS, or FedEx to deliver the products.
D. Change of Address
We cannot change the delivery address once the order is in transit.
E. Cancellation
If you change your mind before receiving your order, we can accept cancellations at any time before the order has been dispatched. If an order has already been dispatched, please refer to our refund policy.
F. Parcels Damaged in Transit
If you find a parcel is damaged in transit, please reject the parcel from the courier and contact our customer service. If the parcel has been delivered without you being present, please contact customer service for further instructions.
