Refund policy

1. If the Product Did Not Meet Your Expectations

If the product you purchased did not meet your expectations, please ensure it is in new condition with no visible wear and tear and return it within 14 days of receipt. You will need to purchase a return label and cover a 10% restocking fee. We will process a refund for the remaining amount after receiving the return, inspecting the item’s condition, and deducting the applicable fees. Please note, if the product is damaged upon return, we will not be able to issue a refund. It is recommended to keep your shipping receipt and take photos of the product before sending it back to file a claim with the carrier if necessary. (This claim must be made by you directly with the carrier, and we cannot assist with this process.)

2. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please notify us immediately. For the quickest resolution, email us at uniquestarlightinc@gmail.com with photos clearly showing the defect or damaged area, ideally taken on a flat surface with the shipping label and issue clearly visible. Alternatively, you can use the online chat option on our website for quicker assistance. We will send a replacement once we confirm the issue. You do not need to return the defective item. This information helps us improve our products and prevent future issues.

Canceling Unshipped Orders

If you wish to cancel an order that has not yet been shipped, please contact us promptly. Provide your order number for the fastest resolution. We will process your cancellation request as soon as possible.

Canceling Shipped Orders

If you wish to cancel an order that has already been shipped or is in transit, please contact us and refuse the package upon delivery. We will process a refund after deducting shipping costs once the package starts its return journey.
